Credit Card Facilities

Credit card facilities on all methods of ordering are available for:

Visa cards issued by any Australian or overseas Bank
MasterCard cards issued by any Australian or overseas Bank
 

TAX (GST)

Australian customers

If you are in Australia, under Australian law, you must pay an additional 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on both the value of the item and the value of the shipping. This is calculated in real time during the shop checkout process, and is clearly presented to you before you make payment.

The only exception is for the SuperStim PLUS TENS/EMS product which is exempt of GST because it is TGA Approved as a Medical Device.

International Customers

All other customers (ie customers outside of Australia) are exempt from Goods and Services tax.

Shipping

Prices exclude shipping and handling. Shipping & handling charges will be added to your total order based on:

1. the total weight (or dimensions where required)
2. your location

This is calculated in real time and you will have the opportunity to review before you commit to purchasing.

Within Australia, we use Australia Post Courier Service plus courier services where necessary for better delivery.

Overseas packages are sent International Economy Air Mail or International Parcel Freight

Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included. If you wish to pay extra for insurance, you will need to specify this in the Special Comments field when checking out. We can still process your order straight away, but we will need to calculate insurance manually and get back to you by email.

Insurance must be paid before we can ship your order. Payment should be made via our custom payment page

Guarantees

Australian Wellness 'No Worries' product 30 day money-back guarantee:

All products offered by Australian Wellness (apart from HealthMate/Aurora/Infra World Saunas) carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Consumable items carry no such warranty and may not be returned.

Return within guarantee period:

When returning, please make sure the package is postmarked by the final day of your guarantee period and that you have followed the required procedures for a refund. Your guarantee begins on the date of your delivery confirmation.

Return items in saleable condition:

In order to receive a full refund on returns, you must return the goods in saleable condition - clean and undamaged with warranty card, owner's manual if supplied and in original packaging. Australian Wellness is the arbiter of 'saleable condition'.

Freight charges

Freight charges for all returned products plus freight charges for exchange items, are to be paid by the customer.

When returning products, insurance and/or delivery confirmation is recommended but not required. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of returned items.

The Australian Wellness Warranty

HealthMate & Aurora Infrared Saunas Warranty:

15 years on heaters, 5 years on workmanship, 3 years on electrical components and 1 year on audio components (parts supplied only).

SuperStim PLUS TENS/EMS Warranty:

Five year warranty on the SuperStim PLUS unit from the purchase date.

SuperStim Reflectro Warranty:

Two year warranty on SuperStim Reflectro unit from the purchase date.

What you must do:

Other conditions:

The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's and retailer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer or retailer be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification as determined solely by Australian Wellness. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced or the unit has been disassembled.

Shipping Times

All orders are normally shipped within one business day of receipt of order and delivery of product is usually within 10 working days.

We will advise an alternative date if we are unable to ship within this timeframe due to a shortage of stock

Qualifications

All prices are for one off purchases. Discounts may apply depending on the volume of your purchase. All specials advertised are exclusive of other special offers; i.e. only one special offer applies to one purchased item.

International customers

All base prices are in Australian dollars.

Prices are inclusive of G.S.T. at a rate of 10%.
